Scanning Electron Microscope
The Hitachi 2460 is a “no preparation,” “any sample” SEM. It is ideal for the analysis of wet, oily, dirty, non-conductive specimens with little to no sample preparation required. Metals. Plastics. Semiconductors. Textiles. Biological and Geological samples. Pharmaceuticals.

Corrosion Testing
At Vista Engineering, testing is available to help in the assessment of conditions affecting  corrosion and corrosion control of materials. Vista Engineering has incorporated innovative electrochemical techniques pertaining to tin whisker growth to further advance the abilities of lead-free solders. Vista Engineering can reinforce analytical work using the corrosion test station.

The setup includes a model 600C series electrochemical analyzer designed by CH Instruments, Inc. coupled with a model K47 corrosion cell system.
